Frequently Asked Questions - Software Licenses

Use the standard download link on the software's page, or click the "My Account" link in the navigation menu and use the provided download links (alternate links are available after a license has been purchased), and register/activate your license from inside the application ("File->License Management" menu item).

You can view all purchased licenses, along with alternate download links, by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Account" link on the navigation menu.

Each non-free application includes a license manager that allows you to 'reset' your license, generally available by clicking 'File->License Management' in the application. After performing a successful reset, just click 'activate' in the license manager. If you encounter problems when resetting, submit a ticket at our Support Center.

Each license includes free updates for life. Updates include both major (1.0 to 2.0) and minor (1.1 to 1.2) versions at no extra charge.
