Terms and Conditions

By accessing ferostashbox.com (hereinafter "we", "us", "our", "Fero's Stash Box") and/or using it's products/services, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use ferostashbox.com or it's products/services. We may change these at any time, meaning you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.

• Privacy - We believe privacy is extremely important, and will never use/sell any information collected outside of ferostashbox.com.  We will never ask for sensitive information, and only require an active email account for user accounts and the checkout process.
• Usage Rights for Software - Upon checkout completion you, the User, will be given a license key for use with the purchased product (when applicable).   Said key is not to be distributed to anyone other than the you, the User, and is not to be reverse-engineered.  If we find any misuse activity occurring the license connected to the activity will be disabled without warning.  If you feel that your license was misused by someone other than yourself and was deactivated, contact us at support@ferostashbox.com and we will try to work with you.  If we find that your key was stolen and deactivated, you will receive a new license upon approval.  Misuse of the replacement key will result in permanent deactivation of the license and you, the User, forfeit any further rights to use the product.  Each license comes with a lifetime usage right and free updates for the product specified in each license.
• Liability - We make no guarantees with any of our products, and are not liable for any damages incurred through usage of our products.  If you have any problems with a product that was purchased you may contact our support staff at support@ferostashbox.com with details of the problem and we will do our best to correct it.  We do not guarantee that any issues brought to our attention will be corrected within a specified timeframe or in the manner suggested in the support request. Although most problems we are notified of can be corrected, in the instance the product is software, several other factors on the machine the software is running on can attribute to an error.
• Legal - We are not legally liable for any damages, physical or non-physical, caused by data, text, images, or any other form of information, software, or service provided by us, or by the actions of our users/customers/visitors.
• Refunds - Under no circumstance do we issue refunds for digital goods purchased on this site.  Because of malicious users that would reverse-engineer software we are unable to to issue refunds for digital goods.  Once a piece (or copy) of software is downloaded after purchase, we have no control over how the data is used, and as a result must prevent malicious activity and attempted theft.  We will do what we can to correct any problems you encounter, but can never issue a refund for a purchased software.
• Software Downloads - We do not limit the number of downloads for purchased or free software per user.  If we find any excessive download activity on a single user's account (access from several IPs in a short time or unnecessary repeated downloads causing excessive bandwith usage), activity similar to scrapers, or any other malicious activity, both the user's account(s) and IP address(s) will be blocked from further access.
• Affiliates and Partners - We do business and promote products/services of other companies and other service providers.  All ownership and copyrights belong to each of their respective owners, and we provide source/owner links when appropriate.  Craigslist is a registered trademark of ® craigslist Inc. / craigslist.org; we nor the programmer(s) are not affiliated in any way.
• Intent - All products/services/information on this site are intended for education and/or research ONLY (proof-of-concept), we are not responsible for any other usage method the end-user employs.  None of our products/services are intended to harm, abuse, misuse, harass, or overload any system, database, or community, nor or they meant as a bypass of each accessed site's own terms of use, you take full responsibility if our products/services are used in such a way or you break any accessed site's own terms of use.
